Orders And Returns
ORDERS - Joyride stands behind all the products we sell 110%. Once you place your order with us, you will immediately be notified via email with the invoice details of your transaction. Then we will be in touch with you very shortly with shipping information regarding your order.
In the event the product you ordered is not in stock, or no longer available, we will always contact you immediately to inform you of your options. You will have the choice to wait for the product, substitute another product, or receive a full refund immediately. We know how frustrating it can be to wait unexpectedly for a package, so we make it a point of contacting you immediately to rectify the situation.
It is important to note before you place your order that we do not accept returns on items that are on sale. This is very important so please be sure you are ordering exactly what you need before you check out.
RETURNS - If you find your product to be damaged in the box or in shipping, then we will return it within a two week period with no questions asked as long as it is in new condition and has never been used.
Just follow these steps:
1. Call our customer service department so we can arrange your return. 208-947-0017
2. Repackage the product in a shipping safe container, i.e. the box you received the product in or something similar.
3. Ship the package back to us insured via Fed Ex, UPS, USPS.
If the product is defective you will be reimbursed return shipping charges, however you are responsible for all return charges and applicable restocking fees (20%) if you order the wrong product or cancel your order.
Shipping
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as humanly possible. Most purchases made on-line from Joyride Cycles will be shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. If a product is not in-stock but available from our suppliers, the order will ship in 3-5 business days and you will first be contacted with that option. If a product is temporarily out of stock or no longer available, the buyer will be notified immediately, and will be given the option to wait until the item is back in stock, specify a substitution, or receive an immediate refund.Most orders that exceed $200 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping only applies to the United States, and does not apply to any other country. The only free shipping exceptions are select closeout or custom-built bikes, and over-sized items such as downhill bikes and tandems. Joyride reserves the right to charge shipping on an "as needed" basis.
Joyride charges shipping based on the rates provided by UPS, USPS, and Fed-EX. Due to handling times and conditions, some items receive a handling charge.
