Joyride Cycles is sponsoring a total of17 events hosted by the afforementioned groups.  These races are geared toward the gravity enthusiast, and consist mainly of Super D, Downhill, and Dual Slalom racing formats.  Check the calendar below for event dates.  Expect a huge improvement in Southern Idaho the gravity racing scene with the formation of Southern Idaho Downhillers.

Group Rides - If you live in Boise, or you're just visiting, then come join us on an evening group ride. Our rides are split into groups for those who want to hammer and those who are just getting acquainted with riding.  Our weekly group ride takes place every Wednesday, Spring through Fall and weather dependent in the Winter.  If you’re interested in joining us, we meet at 6:15 and depart at 6:30p.m.  We welcome all comers.  Please come out!

Join Team Joyride - Team Joyride supports all types of riders from the elite racer to those who just want to ride with a solid group of individuals. As a member of Team Joyride you will receive official team gear, a 10% product discount, and you will be included on our team mail list alerting you of special "team only" offers, and our calendar of events. Team Joyride will attend a number of local and national events during the summer.  Please note:  Team Joyride isn't just about racing.  We are also an official USA Cycling Club.  During the Summer of 2011, we will host at least two dirt road races, will volunteer with SWIMBA on a number of trail maintenance days, and will host the weekly group ride providing refreshments and food after various rides.  Anyone can join the Team, just ask a shop employee or send an email to info@Joyride-Cycles.com.

Joyride Instructional Classes - Joyride is more than just a bike shop. During the riding season, we host a variety of FREE riding classes geared toward all cycling levels - beginner through advanced.  The schedule of riding clinics is based on the number of interested riders.  So if you are interested and you would like to receive more information about Joyride Instructional Classes, please email pvega@joyride-cycles.com or call 208-947-0017.
