Dirt road racing presented by - Joyride Cycles

The Dirt Bag Dash is an annual dirt road race series held on the back roads of Idaho.
The roads are very low traffic, have great scenery and are a blast to ride/race on.
Surfaces can vary from dirt, gravel, mud and sand. You might even find some pavement.

 

  • Series points will be awarded for each race, starting with 100 for 1st and decreasing by 2 per place
  • Series winners are decided by combining points from all three races
  • Cash to 3 places for Men Pro/1/2, Women 1/2/3
  • Cash to 4 places for Cat 3, Masters A, Cat 4
  • The Ultimate Dirt Bag will be decided by style points from all three races
  • Merchandise raffle and Awards held directly after the last event

May 13th – Horseshoe Bend
Horseshoe Bend City Park, Horseshoe Bend, ID

June 10th – Mountain Home
Dream River Ranch, 8894 W Martha Ave, Mountain Home, ID

Pricing And Registration Details
USAC cycling road race license required – one day license available at the race – no refunds.
Registration includes post race meal - additional meal tickets for purchase on-line and at the race.
Race held rain or shine - mud is good for the complexion.

  • Preregistration cost for the entire series is $70+handling fees. 
  • Preregistration cost for a single race is $30+handling fees. 
  • Preregister early and easily on-line at www.usacycling.org.
  • Day-of registration cost for a single race is $35. 
  • Junior categories race for $20 (pre-reg or day of race).
  • Same-day Registration starts 10AM – First Race Starts 11AM

Joyride Cycles was started by guys whose lives have always revolved around the bike in just about every way; from working in bike shops, working for bike companies, to racing, to traveling to ride in exotic locations we been around.
